announced changes with regard to appraisals they will accept on

- Appraisals cannot be prepared by a lender staff appraiser
- Appraisals cannot be ordered by loan origination or loan production
staff - Appraisals cannot be ordered from a captive appraisal management
company, if lender ownership is over 20% - Appraisals cannot be ordered from a settlement services provider
- Appraisals cannot be ordered by mortgage brokers
